This client are looking for a Maintenance Plumber to be based at a landmark site who will successfully deliver the day-to-day repairs service within the armed forces accommodation, providing front line delivery to the MOD families. You will work to deliver highest quality Right First-Time service and carry out technical services tasks. Working efficiently and safety you will maintain our perfect delivery ethos to achieve excellent customer services.

Responsibilities of a Maintenance Plumber:
• Repair and maintain all types of domestic plumbing works
• Pipefitting, using hand power tools
• Installation and fixtures to prior install works
• General building services such as plastering, tiling, decorating, door hanging
• Minor electrical work - with training from site electricians
