Responsible for delivering excellent customer experience and effective office services to support the growth in Private Care. You will be driven to deliver a market-leading proposition which meets the needs of our key stakeholders. Understanding excellence in private patient services you will be required to deliver significant service and process improvements and be hands on to ensure our small but growing service is developing and delivering and ensuring we can deliver against our strategy.
To lead and develop the Private Care's administration team delivering excellent patient and and consultant services
Develop key relationships and ensure effective use of resource sand planning of work - interfacing with Theatres and Imaging departments

1. Strategy and Transformation
Undertake service reviews to ensure we have a high-quality offering which is easy to access and meets the needs of our patients and Consultant users. This will include cross-departmental complex process mapping and review, process re-engineering and the execution of a programme of transformation to deliver our strategy
Lead the development and creation of standard operating procedures for Private Care and ensure that these are effectively operationalised and embedded into ways of working.
Service Development and Improvement
Champion, inspire and promote the development of a culture of continuous improvement and development within Private Care, working alongside the Divisional Leadership Team to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service
Operational Management
Be responsible for the day-to-day operational function and effective performance of non-clinical services within Private Care against agreed KPIs and service standards. Develop and implement recovery and improvement plans as required
Data Management and Reporting
Develop, monitor and report upon KPIs for Private Care’s operational function, with an emphasis upon activity, operational efficiency, delivery against key performance indicators, regulatory compliance and growth initiatives.
Ensure that the operational teams have a robust understanding of the relevant information governance requirements and regulations and that these are consistently applied and adhered to.
People Management
The post-holder is directly responsible for the management and operations of Private Care’s operational and administrative teams and to ensure that these teams have the appropriate skills, guidance and expertise to deliver a high-quality service to the business and its stakeholders
