Crynodeb
We are interested in a candidate who is already a fully functioning ANP, looking for an opportunity to broaden their horizons, get more autonomy and take on more clinical responsibility in a general practice setting. To help offer continuing clinical care and handle acute demand, you must be a degree-holding Advanced Nurse Practitioner with the clinical skills and knowledge to work independently. To independently assess, diagnose, treat, and refer patients as needed, you must possess the necessary experience and be an independent nurse prescriber. Every day, you will oversee your patient schedule and take on designated duties in other practice departments. You will also be required to carry out same-day urgent home visits and visits to housebound patients with long-term conditions. Furthermore, we are also ideally looking for someone who assesses patients of all ages.
