Our company is currently seeking a Customer Services advisor to handle any customer inquiries, offer full technical advice and support. Inform customers of our products and services. The ideal candidate should have experience with customer service and administration, be computer literate and have a good telephone manner. However we will also consider a person with less experience as full training will be given. Our company offers an excellent benefits package and seeks an employee who can meet the needs of our customers with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Compile and enter information into company database - CRM.
Answer questions about company services.
Offer quotations and helpful advice and technical support.
Building rapport with the customers
Listen to customer's concerns and provide feedback to appropriate personnel.
Deal with driver queries.
Order processing
Chasing payments for outstanding accounts.
