• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns and strategies
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
• Managing inventory levels and product listings on the ecommerce platform
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor, with the following skills and experience…
• Previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills
