Are you looking to work directly for a client? No FM service provider? You have hit the jackpot. I am actively working with a leading tech company who are looking for a lead building services maintenance engineer to join their in-house maintenance function on a days only basis. The successful candidate will be providing daily support to the 24 hour shift maintenance team, carrying out PPMs, reactive maintenance, and general fault finding across their building close to Liverpool Street, London.
Duties
- PPMs
- Reactive maintenance
- Ensuring statutory compliance regulations are met within the clients SLAs
- Mechanical maintenance - AHUs, FCUs, Booster pumps, Chillers, Cooling towers, Water boilers
- Electrical maintenance - Generators, UPS, Control panels, Power distribution and minor electrical work
- Air Conditioning - Full strip downs of on site AC systems, fault finding and rectifying faults in-house
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical Engineering
- F-Gas qualified
- Strong understanding/hands on experience carrying out maintenance on air-conditioning systems
