Summary
Are you open to an opportunity working for one of the household names in the construction industry? My client are actively seeking a maintenance engineer to cover one of the London mobile contracts, maintaining a range of their public buildings.
- £40,000 per annum
- Mobile - London (Inside M25)
- Van & Fuel Card provided
Duties
- Planned maintenance (EML testing, Tap temperature testing, expansion vessel PPM, extract fan PPM and general PPM duties)
- HVAC maintenancne duties - AHUs/FCUs
- Emergency Light Testing
- Minor electrical works
- Reactive fabric maintenance tasks
- Reactive tasks and repairs across the sites
- Sub Contractor liaison as and when required
Requirements
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- 17th/18th Edition
- L8 Awareness
