We are seeking a Senior Administrator in Research and Innovation Services. This is an exciting opportunity in a rewarding, varied and busy role; you will be involved in a broad range of Doctoral support activities, working closely with the Research and Innovation Officer for PGR, the Head of Research Degrees and the Post Graduate Research Tutors for the HRI, as well as with the academic community, the PGR students, and Professional Support staff based in Research and Innovation Services. The successful candidate will have the opportunity for involvement in a range of activities, develop skills and contribute significantly to the service the team provides to all stakeholders.

Excellent communication and organisational skills will be integral to your role, where you will manage administrative processes throughout the PGR student life cycle and provide support with student recruitment and progression to our community of around 100 students within the Health Research Institute.

To be successful, you will need to use your initiative to work independently, work well as part of a small team, and manage your own workload and prioritise effectively. It would suit candidates who enjoy variety in their role, along with work around regulations, policy and process and have a high level of attention to detail.

The role will be based at our Collegiate campus.
