We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and committed individual to join our Operations Management Team at Longwell Green
Active Lifestyle Centre in the role of Duty Manager.
As a Duty Manager you will;
• Be directly responsible for the day-to-day operation of the facility.
• Be a pro-active member of the Centre’s Operations Management Team
• Drive excellent standards of customer satisfaction.
• Drive performance of health and fitness, and swimming.
• Assist with Health & Safety monitoring and you will assist with monitoring the cleanliness of the facility both internal and
external.
We want to hear from you if you...
• Are flexible in your approach and understanding of the business needs.
• Have current NPLQ and Pool Plant qualifications or be willing to achieve these within three months
• See the bigger picture for Longwell Green and have the ambition to be part of its future growth and success.
