Holt Engineering Recruitment are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our client based in Yeovil!
The role of the Administration Assistant is key to providing a high quality and professional administrative service - ensuring daily administration tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
The key duties of the Administration Assistant will include:
- Welcoming visitors- ensuring they are collected by the relevant department
- Answering and forwarding phone calls once screened
- Answering enquiries by phone or via email
- Producing invoices
- Daily scanning and filling of orders
- Scanning, inputting notes and archiving of job cards
- Scanning of delivery notes
- Ordering stationary
- Booking in consumables
The skills needed to be the successful Administration Assistant are:
- Excellent written communication and computer skills
- Data management and entry skills
- Ability to maintain and improve filing systems
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent time management, multitasking and adaptability
- Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others
