Principal Resourcing have a wonderful opportunity for a friendly and organised Admin Assistant to work at one of our partnership Primary Academies based in Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire.

The part-time role is available with immediate start and will provide support to the Administration Team and Business Manager 5 days per week, 8.30-12.30, Monday - Friday.

The School are seeking to appoint, a friendly, enthusiastic, flexible Admin Assistant to join their welcoming school on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be a positive first point of contact for visitors to the school, answering incoming calls and relaying messages to relevant persons. You will have a calm, courteous, professional approach with the ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively as part of the Office Staff Team.

You will have good word processing skills, be well organised with high levels of interpersonal skills, providing support to staff, assisting in the daily office needs and managing the schools' general administrative activities.

You can expect to earn up to £100 per day for this role depending on experience.

The ideal applicant will:
- Be confident in use of Microsoft Office, IT and have excellent keyboard skills.
- Ideally have a knowledge/experience of school management systems, personnel administration, pupil data and ParentPay.
- Use effective communication and be warm, friendly and empathetic.
- Ideally have experience of working in an office environment.
- Undertake general office admin.
