We are looking for experienced Support Workers to fulfil night shifts within the Burton / Swadlincote area – we are able to offer competitive pay and flexible working.

You will be working within small supported-living homes within the Swadlincote and Burton area, providing support to the existing teams to ensure that the residents are well cared for. The residents are living with Autism and Learning Disabilities, as well as some with other complex care needs.

Duties include:
- Following personal care plans
- Maintaining health and safety standards
- General housekeeping and domestic duties
- Recording observations.
- Assisting the residents as required throughout the night

Some challenging behaviours may occur, so we are looking for people who are calm and capable under pressure and familiar with how to identify the signs and de-escalate accordingly.

If this sounds like that role for you then apply today!

To be suitable for this position you must have:
- An Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months
- Up to date Infection Control, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and Moving & Handling training
- A Referenceable work history
- At least 3 months experience within a similar setting

If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!

Please attached a up-to-date CV to your application.

**Please note that we do not offer sponsorships**

This role offers ongoing work for the right candidate
