We have ongoing work available for experienced support workers to join our agency and work alongside a dedicated team of professionals at a support unit in Swadlincote, Derbyshire.
The home provides residential support and accommodation for up to eight adults with learning and physical disabilities.
You will work to empower residents to remain as independent as possible in their daily routines. You will promote independence and help teach essential life skills such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting.
You will aid their mobility and nutritional needs, whilst ensuring that physical and psychological wellbeing is the utmost priority.

For this role, you must have;
- A minimum of 3 months experience in a Care environment
- A DBS dated within the last 12 months or the facility to pay for one
- All relevant mandatory training up-to-date and ideally certificates to show for this or the facility to pay for these.

This is an ongoing position for work
We have night shifts available throughout the week, you can choose the nights you’d like to work.
The shift will be 20:00-08:00, with an hours break.
The rate of pay for this role is £12.00 per hour
