Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for positive, compassionate, and caring Support Workers to join our Team. WISE Support Ltd provides care and support for adult disabled people who lives in a supported housing scheme.
Duties may include:
Assist the service users with their individual support plans and help them to achieve their goals.
Participate in providing day care activities for the service users.
Undertake tasks of a domestic nature, e.g. shopping, cooking, laundry, house cleaning.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with service users, relatives, outside agencies and other professionals.
To provide support with their personal care tasks
Assist service users in their personal care when appropriate.
To develop a full knowledge and understanding of administrative procedures pertaining to the service users. Including reports, support plans and daily recordings.

Requirements:
Entitled to work in the UK. Staff work on a shift basis across the week and have a monthly rota, some weekend working is required.
Please note that all of our positions require an Enhanced DBS check in relation to adults.
Salary: £11.50 -12.00 per hour, depends on the experience
