Social Worker - Level 2 - Adults
Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker - Level 2 - Adults to join our team. As a Level 2 Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting and improving the quality of life for adults in need. Responsibilities
Conduct assessments to determine the needs and strengths of adults seeking support
Develop and implement personalized care plans to address the unique challenges faced by each individual
Provide counselling and emotional support to help adults cope with a variety of issues, such as mental health concerns, addiction, and relationship problems
Collaborate with other professionals, such as healthcare providers and community organizations, to coordinate services and ensure continuity of care
Advocate for clients' rights and ensure their voices are heard in decision-making processes
Assist adults in accessing appropriate resources and support services, such as housing, employment opportunities, and financial assistance
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field
Valid Social Work license or certification
Proven experience working with adults in a social work setting
In-depth knowledge of social work theories, practices, and ethical guidelines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse populations
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £28.03
