If so, I am seeking an ICT Engineer to join a dynamic team. As an ICT Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and resolving technical issues for a Public Sector Organisation.
Key Duties:
- Provide timely first and second-line support for all ICT resources,
- Identify and report faults promptly, ensuring efficient escalation and resolution.
- Collaborate with external contractors to address technical issues effectively.
- Work with "thin Client" Technology
- Experience with Microsoft, Exchange, & Civica
