Our Leeds Airport conference venue offers a variety of suites to meet any business needs. All our ground floor rooms are interconnected, making them a popular area for exhibitions and wedding receptions. We can accommodate anywhere from intimate parties of ten up to larger wedding parties of 100 guests, depending on customer requirements.

Due to our continued expansion and high demand, we are looking to recruit a Part Time Administrator on to the team, working 32 hours per week.

As Administrator, you will be required to:

Managing the Area Manager's schedule and provides administrative support to the individual hotel managers he oversees.
Collate information and compile reports.
Coordinate and organise regular meetings and appointments, preparing and distributing minutes and following up actions as required.
Act as a key point of contact for enquiries and queries for the Area Manager.
Prepare confidential reports and meeting minutes as required.
Keep the highest level of confidentiality regarding staff, business, and guest information.
Maintain a filing system and ensures filing is kept up to date.
Play a key part in the engagement of team members, assisting and supporting the HR department as and when necessary.
Ensure urgent work is promptly completed
Manage calendars and schedule meetings
Liase with other hotel staff as and when required
Other ADHOC duties as required
