Are you looking for a new role in a welcoming and professional team? Are you passionate about providing a vital service to our community?

Ealing NHS Talking Therapies (previously IAPT) service was established in 2008 and we have been doing great work ever since! We are a large team of over 70 members of staff and are currently working on further expansion and development of our service and because of this we are now seeking several experienced therapists to join us.

What we offer:
• A nurturing environment with the potential for future career development
• An additional 10% Golden Hello bonus payment for two years; this will be paid into your salary as monthly instalments.
• A stable, supportive and dynamic working environment
• A relocation allowance of up £8,000, if moving more than 40 miles. Please contact us for more details.
• A values driven environment – out trust values of Togetherness, Responsibility, Excellence and Caring underpin how we look after each other and our patients
• We promote a healthy work-life balance and operate a hybrid working week
• We offer flexible working, with full/part time opportunities available (minimum 3 days/week)
• Regular line management and supervision
• A comprehensive CPD and reflective practice program

As a full-time clinician you would manage an average of 20 attended clinical contacts per week. These are mostly treatment and assessment patients plus meetings, admin and running therapy groups, providing supervision and managing projects. Through this job plan variety clinicians develop project management, leadership and supervision skills with us.

Clinical and line management supervision is part of our success, and as a qualified high intensity therapist you will benefit from weekly clinical supervision, monthly line management supervision, and monthly step 3 clinical skills.

The significant benefit of hybrid working is we are able to support clinicians in meeting all of the requirements to fulfil their accreditation needs. In addition to this, we operate a duty system on a daily basis with daily debrief to make sure that all new assessments are discussed promptly.

You will need experience of risk management and assessment, formulation and treatment of Talking Therapies appropriate disorders. We are keen to fill gaps in experience though, through our comprehensive CPD and supervision programme, and we offer ongoing support via debrief and senior duty at all times.

West London NHS Trust is one of the most diverse providers of mental health, community and social care in the UK.

Our 3,982 staff care for people in hospital and in the community, helping them to recover and go on to lead full and productive lives. We aim to be the best organisation of our kind in the country.

We provide care and treatment for more than 800,000 people living in the London boroughs of Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham and Hounslow, delivering services in the community (at home, in GP surgeries and care homes), hospital, specialist clinics and forensic (secure) units.

We’re rated good overall by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Together, we’re committed to promoting hope and wellbeing, working with patients, service users, carers, families and partners across the communities we serve.

We are keen to ensure that our workforce reflects the community it serves, particularly in terms of ethnicity, gender, disability, LGBTQ+ and experience of mental illness.
