A unique and rewarding opportunity awaits a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to spearhead a recently renovated small animal practice in the charming town of Bracknell, Berkshire. Nestled amidst lush greenery and serene countryside, Bracknell offers an idyllic blend of peaceful suburban living with convenient access to the vibrant streets of the nearby capital and its world-renowned attractions.

The successful candidate will be a seasoned and dynamic Veterinarian, ready to lead a practice that has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment, eagerly anticipating the return of clients through its doors. Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including an In-house laboratory, Digital X-ray, 3 consult rooms, and dedicated cat and dog wards, the practice is poised for excellence. Additionally, you will have access to their sister practice nearby, specialising in orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery, dermatology, medicine, ultrasonography, dentistry, exotics, and ophthalmology.

As the Lead Veterinary Surgeon, your responsibilities will encompass delivering high standards of clinical care to clients and patients. You will provide direction and leadership to your colleagues in the practice, ensuring the achievement of agreed-upon performance measures.

To qualify for this role, a minimum of 3 years of small animal practice experience is required, and candidates must be registered with the RCVS. This position is ideal for an individual seeking a unique opportunity to "take ownership" and make a significant impact in the veterinary field.

For eligible candidates, our client can offer support for Certificates of Sponsorship for a Tier 2 (General) Visa if you meet the criteria and are eligible to register as a veterinary surgeon with the RCVS upon arrival in the UK.
