Our client, an RCVS accredited small animal practice, is seeking an experienced and confident Veterinary Surgeon to join their team as Lead Vet. Located in the vibrant town of Ilford in East London, this role offers the chance to work in a purpose-built, brand-new, and expanding practice.
Ilford boasts a rich history and culture, along with excellent amenities and attractions. The central location provides easy access to the M25 and excellent transport links to central London, making it an ideal place to live and work.
The practice handles a wide range of small animal cases daily and is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities including Ultrasound, Digital X-ray, Haematology, an In-house Laboratory, X-ray, Dentistry, and Separate Cat and Dog wards. The clinic is proud to hold silver status from the ISFM Cat Friendly Clinic.
You will join a dynamic and growing team of 4 Veterinary Surgeons (including a certificate holder in Surgery), 1 RVN, 3 Student Veterinary Nurses, 2 Veterinary Care Assistants, and 1 Receptionist. As the Lead Vet, you will play a key role in the team, requiring strong medical and surgical skills along with the capability and desire to mentor colleagues.

The Rota:
