Summary

The role of operations assistant is central to the business and requires a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. You will be expected to be able to multi task across a variety of subjects and assist the Operation Director in all areas of the business.

What you would do in the role

· Assisting the Operations Director with the day to day operation of the business.

· Using technical support systems to assist customers

· Provide excellent customer support and maintain relationship with suppliers and clients.

· Use and maintain the businesses software systems

· Assist in processing and managing client instructions from start to finish

· Managing email inbox’s

· Inbound customer and supplier calls

· Maintaining supplier relationships

· Assisting with product support

. Assisting in running operations in the various departments within the business

. Supplier reconciliation support

· Report issues or problems with suppliers to Operations Manager.
