This Leeds law firm has an impressive healthcare regulatory practice. There is an opportunity for a healthcare regulatory lawyer at NQ level or with anywhere up to between 3 - 4 years post-qualification experience.
Suitable candidates for this role will be those who have experience of as many of the following areas as possible:
- Judicial review;
- Mental health tribunal matters;
- Mental health and mental capacity law;
- Inquests;
- Governance;
- Information law; and
- Public law matters.
