Energy Capital Project Manager (PO8)
Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Energy Capital Project Manager to join our team. As the Energy Capital Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing large capital projects for our energy company. You will be involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to implementation and post-project analysis. This is a challenging role that requires a strong understanding of energy project management and the ability to deliver results on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement project management strategies and plans for large capital projects
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring coordination and effective communication between cross-functional teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and implement mitigation measures
Prepare and manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and providing regular budget projections
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
Conduct post-project analysis to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in energy project management, preferably in the capital projects domain
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
Proven track record of successfully managing large capital projects within budget and schedule
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in project management software and tools
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
