Chiswick Honda Bikes has the largest motorcycle showroom in London, where we display an extensive selection of new and used
motorcycles.




What you’ll be doing:




* Control the administration of the Motorcycle Sales Department, ensuring the Sales process operates efficiently to guarantee
customer satisfaction
* Acquire, gather and record prospect information, maintaining the customer database
* Complete stock checks when required, ensuring vehicle ledgers are reconciled on time, and keep the manufacturer funding system
up to date for new and used motorcycles
* Monitor all orders and preparation work to ensure the process is completed on time. Arrange for sold motorcycles to be
registered
* Accurately record all orders, purchases, stock demonstrator’s sales and registrations. Prepare performance statistics and
reports when required




What we need from you:




* A background in administration and competent using MS Office packages
* An exceptional level of attention to detail and highly organised
* Excellent communication skills both in person and on the telephone
* Ability to manage your time well to accomplish department and customer lead timescales
