Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Providing support to the process of selling products and services of the travel
agency;
• Providing information to customers on products and prices;
• Fielding telephone enquiries from prospective customers;
• Assisting in the creation, organisation, and maintenance of marketing
materials, documents, and databases.
• Managing scheduling, appointments, and logistics for marketing events,
meetings, and activities.
• Supporting the creation and editing of marketing content, including copywriting
for promotional materials.
• Assisting in managing social media accounts, scheduling posts, and monitoring
engagement.
• Preparing sales invoices and maintains records and accounts of sales activity;
• Handling customer complaints or forwarding them to relevant member of the
team;
• Carrying out general clerical duties;
• Planning daily workload and ensuring customer satisfaction.
SKILLS:
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and marketing software/tools.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media.
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
