What you’ll be doing:
* Registering vehicles and managing records whilst monitoring any orders on your account
* Ensuring all preparation work on customer vehicles is completed on time
* Keeping in contact with customers and progress on their vehicles
* Processing quotations, liaising with other departments, producing invoices, purchasing stock & finalising forms
What we need from you:
* An exceptional level of attention to detail and highly organised
* Strong background in administration and competent using MS Office packages
* Excellent communication skills
* Previous experience is essential
