What you will be doing:




* Oversee the day-to-day sales management of all three Honda Motorcycle sites across London and Hertfordshire.
* Establish best practices and enforce compliance with industry regulations
* Control new and used stock levels for each site
* Prepare annual budgets, submit forecasts, establish sales objectives for each site, by creating a sales plan, communicating
this to the sales teams
* Lead from the front, selling bikes, and second-face customers for your team, to ensure all opportunities are maximised, for the
brand and each dealership
* Expand the customer base and achieve and maintain customer satisfaction levels
* Work alongside departments, such as Marketing, Service and Parts to maximise our digital exposure, and sales of accessories and
service plans
* Resolve problems, complete audits, identify trends and implement change when necessary




What we need from you:




* Previous experience as a sales manager or senior sales executive looking for that next step in your career
* A full motorcycle licence is essential (travel to each site is required)
* Able to lead the sales teams from the front, by example, be motivated and driven to exceed our sales targets and KPIs
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, and a great communicator through all forms of communication
* Committed to delivering exceptional levels of customer service
