What you will be doing:




To be successful in this position you must have the drive and passion to motivate and inspire the sales team, being adaptable,
capable and willing to carry out all roles and responsibilities within the sales department.




* Market and actively sell motorcycles to maximise sales to achieve sales targets and KPIs
* Setup and administer Finance and Insurance products
* Negotiate with customers to achieve maximum profitability
* Promote sales of accessories and service packages
* Provide and monitor performance figures, statistics and plans




What we need from you:




* An “A” motorcycle licence is essential
* Industry knowledge and experience from within sales
* Be driven to exceed set sales targets and KPIs
* IT literate, including knowledge of MS Office
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Committed to delivering exceptional levels of customer service
