Summary
Business Development Manager
123 Recruitment and Training is expanding . Currently operating 5 locations around the UK with an additional 3 opening over the next 12 months. As basic salary of up to £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience) with an OTE of £60,000 and a possible profit share, along with 28 days holiday, travel expenses and laptop.
Role Description A results driven role requiring someone who has got what it takes to achieve targets!
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager at 123 Recruitment and Training . As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new recruitment business opportunities, as we are volume call centre and financial services recruiter, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and managing recruitment site budgets. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work conducted in Northwich head office.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of the {industry} industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
