Here you'll be managing NPD projects from concept to launch for major retail customers. You'll be creating new concepts in culinary-led product categories, working on new premium ranges.
This is a customer-facing NPD role, developing new products to meet customer briefs, leading customer meetings and presentations and ensuring all projects follow the stage-gate process. You'll be supported by the site process and technical teams, a central culinary team and report into the site NPD Manager.
This innovative food business enjoys long-standing, collaborative relationships with their retail customers, for whom they have launched many award-winning products. You'll be joining a supportive and talented NPD team where you'll have the opportunity to further develop and progress your career.
It's a hands-on NPD role which is site-based working Monday-Friday office hours. To succeed you'll need experience working in an NPD team, developing products from concept to launch. Ideally, you'll have a Food Science or related degree with knowledge of retailer's ways of working. Super-passionate about all things food-related, you'll keep abreast of the latest trends and love creating in the kitchen.
