Summary

This role will Manage Health & Safety and Compliance services including the design, development, and implementation of service wide safe working practices, Standard Operating Procedures, Training and Emergency Action Plans for Environment and Communities. You will work with fleet management to ensure the operational license is maintained and the services fleet is managed. The role will also manage the service depots and the waste delivery arm of StreetCare with associated licences for each operational depot, ensuring the management of waste streams.
Are you passionate about health and safety, training and ensuring services comply with the latest legislation. This role will manage Health & Safety and Compliance services including the design, development, and implementation of service safe working practices, Standard Operating Procedures, Training and Emergency Action Plans for Environment and Communities. You will work with fleet management to ensure the operational license is maintained and the services fleet is managed. The role will also manage the service depots and the waste delivery arm of StreetCare. You will need to be detail orientated with a passion for ensuring regulatory compliance, whilst empowering individuals through training and development, and creating a safe and healthy working environment for colleagues. We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our team to help manage the service and be an advocate for change.
