Housing Manager needed in Harrow, £14.18ph PAYE - Reference: 1000093914798694
As a Housing Manager in Harrow you’ll be the face to face customer support to our communities.
- You’ll look after a number of patches and neighbourhoods.
- Through visibility, engagement with customers and proactivity on our estates, you’ll really get to get to know our communities.
- You’ll proactively manage anti-social behaviours in our estates, responding to customer queries and complaints.
- You’ll manage our voids process including liaising with local authorities.
- You’ll carry out estate inspections, engaging and meeting with contractors on site.
- You’ll carry out and record the routine safety and compliance checks in our buildings and communities.
- You will ideally be able to drive and have access to a vehicle insured for business purposes.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
