Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Surveyor (Project) to join our team. As a Senior Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in leading surveying efforts for various projects, ensuring their successful completion. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
Manage and oversee surveying activities for multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
Conduct land surveys, including topographic, boundary, and control surveys, using a variety of surveying techniques and equipment.
Analyze survey data, including measurements, notes, and sketches, and prepare detailed reports.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure proper surveying integration into project plans.
Provide technical guidance and support to surveying teams, resolving any issues or challenges that may arise.
Verify and review surveying drawings and documents, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Conduct research and gather data related to legal, property, and construction surveys.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Senior Surveyor, with a track record of successful project completion.
Strong knowledge of surveying principles and techniques, as well as relevant software and equipment.
Proficient in using surveying instruments such as total stations, GNSS receivers, and 3D scanners.
Solid understanding of land surveying regulations, including legal boundaries and easements.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of survey data and reports.
