The Finance Partner will liaise closely with Divisional and Trust stakeholders in an outward-facing role to utilise their financial acumen to support in the development of annual plans, forecasts and identification of key risks and mitigations to delivery of the plan. You will be involved in influencing business decisions by providing support and challenge in the development of business cases for investment.
The applicant should be a CCAB passed finalist or qualified accountant. They should have excellent communication skills and the necessary personal qualities to engage effectively with Senior Managers and their teams. We are looking to bring in fresh views and new practices so, whilst previous NHS experience can be a strength, we are also keen to hear from those who have never considered working for the NHS before.
