As the Senior People Development Administrator for Training, you will be responsible for the effective administration and coordination of our Training teams that specialise in E-Learning, Leadership & Management, and Learning & Development. You will supervise and lead our admin assistants, supporting the seamless delivery of day-to-day operations within the People Development Department.
As the first point of contact for our training teams, you will organise and promote courses, communicate with delegates, and produce course materials to enhance the overall quality of service provision. You will also provide support to the E-Learning team with training package requests and queries, along with overseeing the E-Academy Account creation process and enrolment for new starters in the Trust.
Additionally, you play a crucial role in supporting the People Development Department’s broader objectives, such as supporting the delivery of our new Leadership Framework, achievement of key performance indicators and the successful delivery of our Growing for the Future pillar within the SFH People Plan.
We believe that work should be a great place to be for everyone and we will support you and your continuing personal development with regular one to ones and an annual appraisal, ensuring you are signposted to all the training courses and support that is available to you.
