Medacs Global Group is currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to join the Insourcing team. The role is hybrid combining working from our London or Stafford offices and remotely from home. You will also be travelling across the UK on a weekly basis including some overnight stays and weekends.

You will provide day to day Operational management for the insourcing team and clients. Maintaining regular contact and relationships throughout the tenure of existing and new contracts and adherence to agreed SLA's and ensure adequate supply and skill to meet client needs and provide internal operational support.

Here's some of the key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing all insourcing rotas for nurses, theatre teams and consultants for new and existing contracts
  • Ensure all rotas are staffed and all planned activity is confirmed and within scope of contract
  • Attend meetings with the client, alongside the head of operations, completing a detailed account plan after each meeting to communicate the key action points and feedback to all internal customers
  • Provide monthly MI packs for clients
  • Monitor, analyse and review Medac's performance against SLA requirements
  • Attend regular site visits for existing and new clients across UK with some overnight stays/weekends
