What you'll need to succeed
You'll be adaptable, resilient, proactive and results-driven with strong organisational skills. You will also have -
- ACCA/ACA qualifications (preferred but not essential)
- 2+ years in a supervisory or management role in an accountancy firm
- Experience managing client portfolios and leading teams
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite
