Central Operations Administration Assistant


Hours: 37.5 per week (Mon-Fri 08:30 – 17:00)


Location: Head Office – Hybrid (trial/optional)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Central Operations Administration. In this role, you will provide crucial support to various departments including Price File Management, Helpdesk, and Customer Service. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations, accurate data management, effective communication, and exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities:


Price File Management:

· Maintain and update price files, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.

· Collaborate with commercial teams to verify pricing information and resolve discrepancies.

· Monitor pricing data to identify and address any issues or errors promptly.


Helpdesk Support:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for stores and central teams regarding operational enquiries and issues.

· Respond to helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot problems, and provide timely resolutions or escalate to appropriate teams.

· Document and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of frequently asked questions and solutions.


Customer Service Support:

· Assist the customer service team in handling enquiries, complaints, and order-related issues.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.

· Maintain accurate customer records, update order statuses, and track customer interactions.


Requirements:

· Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

· Proficient in using various software applications, including MS Office suite.

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
