Summary
Role: Operations Administrator
Location: Newbridge, EH28 8TP
Hours: Part-time, with fixed workdays on Monday and Tuesday, 8 hours each day

As a Part-Time Operations Administrator at Restore Datashred, you play a crucial role in supporting our operations by ensuring efficient administration and outstanding customer service. You will assist in managing daily logistics, coordinating with our Secure Collection Operatives (SCO), and maintaining smooth communication with both internal teams and customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in planning daily operations, including job bookings, permits, and driver schedules
- Dynamically route vehicles to ensure optimal job completion rates
- Manage job bookings, reschedules, and customer communications
- Support drivers and other teams with real-time updates and debriefings
- Evaluate routes and revenue to optimize vehicle allocation
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Input orders and contracts into our systems accurately
- Collaborate with depot management to enhance route efficiency
About the Ideal Candidate
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrates an exceptional telephone manner
- Customer-centric approach with a strong grasp of customer care principles
- Proficient in standard software packages, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Maintains confidentiality and exercises discretion at all times
Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Works effectively both independently and as part of a cohesive team
