HGV Class 1 Driver DAYSLocation: CarringtonSalary: £15.00 to £16.00 per hourWorkchain is currently recruiting for a HGV Class 1 Driver on a long term, ongoing basis to join our client’s team in Carrington.Key Responsibilities:
- General haulage, curtainsiders, no handball- Transport and deliver goods to various destinations- Operate a HGV Class 1 vehicle safely and efficiently- Complete all relevant paperwork and documentation- Adhere to all legal and safety regulations- Perform daily vehicle checks and report any issues or defectsQualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience- Valid HGV Class 1 licence- Valid Driver CPC card- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of road safety regulations- Ability to work independently and in a team- Good communication and organisational skillsThe pay rate for this role is between £15.00 to £16.00 per hour and will be paid on a weekly basis.
