Summary
Job Title: HGV Class 1 DriverLocation: ManchesterHours: 10 - 12 hours a dayPay Rate: £15.00 per hour
We are currently seeking a skilled HGV Class 1 Driver to join our client in Manchester. As a HGV Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently to various locations.
Key responsibilities:- Driving and operating HGV Class 1 vehicles in a safe and professional manner- Loading and unloading goods as required- Conducting pre-trip inspections of the vehicle- Ensuring all delivery paperwork is completed accurately- Communicating effectively with dispatchers and warehouse staff- Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
Qualifications required:- Valid HGV Class 1 licence- Valid CPC qualification- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience as a HGV Class 1 Driver- Good knowledge of driving regulations and laws- Excellent communication skills
