YOUR ROLE
CEVA Logistics has been awarded a major new contract with a high-profile client, marking an exciting phase of growth for the business expanding on our e-commerce offering. This is a new build implementation offering exciting opportunities across contract logistics.
As a result, we are now looking for a Business Process Engineering Coordinator to support the implementation, coordination, and administration of Continuous Improvement activities across the site.
This is a Monday to Friday role.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Reporting into the Planning Manager, the BPE Coordinator supports Continuous Improvement activity through coordination, tracking, reporting, and administrative control across SCA, Kaizen, GEMBA, and wider improvement initiatives.
Maintain Continuous Improvement trackers (SCA, Kaizen, GEMBA, improvement projects) ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records
Coordinate Continuous Improvement meetings, governance forums, and ensure documentation is audit-ready
Produce dashboards, reports, and performance updates for site leadership
Track SCA activity, monitor performance vs targets, and highlight risks or gaps
Support GEMBA and Kaizen activities by capturing actions, outputs, and follow-ups
Ensure Continuous Improvement actions are logged, tracked, and closed out effectively
Maintain Continuous Improvement data integrity across systems and support basic analysis and reporting
Ensure Continuous Improvement documentation aligns with governance standards and audit requirements
Provide administrative support for Continuous Improvement workshops, training, and engagement sessions
Act as a coordination point between Planning, Operations, and Continuous Improvement teams
Communicate Continuous Improvement updates and support stakeholder engagement across functions
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative or coordination role and strong administrative and organisational skills, ideally gained in a fast-paced operational, logistics, or warehouse environment. You will have experience maintaining accurate trackers, reports, and data with high attention to detail. You must be confident using Excel and handling data to support reporting and decision-making. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with operational teams are essential. The role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Experience supporting continuous improvement activities or structured processes is desirable, and Lean Six Sigma experience would be a bonus.
This is a developmental role, offering the opportunity to build capability within Business Process Engineering and Continuous Improvement. Familiarity with CI tools, audits, or governance frameworks would be an advantage.
WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?
With a genuine culture of reward and recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop and be part of our journey. We offer a benefits package that includes competitive annual leave entitlement with a fantastic holiday buy scheme, pension and life assurance. There’s no doubt that you will be compensated for your hard work and commitment so if you’d like to work for one of the top Logistics providers in the world then please do get in touch to find your next role.
