Summary
Good Companions is recruiting Flexible and Part-Time Support Workers to join our supportive and growing team covering Holbeach, Spalding, Boston and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for anyone seeking work that fits around family commitments, studies or other responsibilities. You will support people to live independently in their own homes while building meaningful relationships and making a real difference every day. We offer flexible working hours, paid training, ongoing in-house training, 30p per mile travel pay, company benefits, pension contributions, wellbeing support and 28 days holiday on a pro-rata basis. Alternative weekends are required. No experience is necessary as full training is provided.
