Summary
Good Companions is looking for a caring and reliable Full-Time Support Worker to join our friendly team covering Holbeach, Spalding, Boston and surrounding areas. This role offers approximately 30 hours per week, supporting people to remain independent in their own homes. We provide flexible shifts, paid training, ongoing in-house development, 30p per mile travel pay, company benefits, pension contributions, wellbeing support and 28 days holiday. No previous experience is necessary as full training is provided. We are looking for compassionate individuals who are committed to making a positive difference in people's lives. Alternative weekends are required.
