What You’ll Do
You’ll be an essential part of our finance team, helping to keep our operations running smoothly. Key responsibilities include:
Providing clerical and accounting support to the finance department
Processing and inputting stock purchases
Reconciling supplier statements and preparing payments
Assisting with purchase ledger, sales ledger, and general admin tasks
Preparing and maintaining accurate accounting records and spreadsheets
Supporting colleagues across departments with ad-hoc tasks
What We’re Looking For
We want someone motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn:
Accounts experience is a plus but not essential – full training provided
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Self-disciplined, reliable, and proactive
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Able to work accurately and meet deadlines
Familiarity with invoice-scanning software is advantageous but not required
Well-presented, positive, and success-driven
