Job Title: 360 Operator
Location: Stroud
Salary: £22.00 per hour (CIS payments optional)
Start Date: Tuesday 5 May 2026
Duration: 3 – 4 Weeks (with an option of Temp to Perm for the right candidate)
Harper’s are currently seeking an experienced and reliable 360 Operator to join a short-term project based in Stroud. This role offers competitive pay, weekly payments and the opportunity to transition to permanent work for the right candidate.

Duties:
- Safe operation of a 360 excavator on site
- Assisting trades as required
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
Required
- A valid CPCS/NPORS card
- Own PPE
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Previous experience in a similar role
