You’ll support OD and change workstreams by contributing to problem-solving and execution, use data, insight, and stakeholder input to understand issues and identify practical solutions.
Moreover, you’ll build trusted relationships with senior leaders, using your knowledge of the business to guide and challenge project direction when needed. This includes shaping and leading the delivery of complex, business-critical people projects where required, ensuring outcomes are well-defined, measurable, and connected to strategic people priorities.

This includes the ability to analyse data from multiple sources, identify patterns, and develop insights. You’ll bring strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity as well as a growth mindset, strong collaboration skills, and willingness to develop deeper expertise.
In addition, you’ll need:
- An understanding of OD principles
- Good understanding of how to use AI tools responsibly to support insight and decision‑making
- A proven track record of working in an agile environment
- Experience using structured problem‑solving approaches
