We're looking for a Small Works Supervisor to join our team at RAF Lossiemouth on the Future Defence Infrastructure Service (FDIS) contract, overseeing minor works and maintenance activities in a high‑profile defence environment.
Role Responsibilities
-Manage and deliver minor new works, planned preventative maintenance, and reactive and remedial works
-Coordinate and manage supply chain partners and contractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to standard
-Review and approve RAMS, permits and compliance documentation in line with contractual and site requirements
-Plan, prioritise and monitor work schedules to ensure contractual KPIs are consistently achieved
-Liaise with the wider site team, Helpdesk, DIO and end users to resolve issues and support contract delivery
What we're looking for
-Strong technical acumen.
-Good organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage a high volume of planned works
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Ability to work independently while supporting wider team objectives
-A professional, adaptable approach within a regulated and changeable environment.
-Exposure within building maintenance or facilities management is desirable.
