Activate Learning have an exciting opportunity for a Football Academy Team Lead to join our Team at our Banbury and Bicester college campus.About the role: Football Academy Team Lead:We are recruiting a Football Academy Team Lead to lead on and manage the planning, delivery and reviewing of all football operations in line with the College’s playing and coaching philosophies. These operations included but are not limited to; curriculum linked training sessions, fitness and nutrition programming, matchdays, analysis sessions, team building activities, player/student recruitment, industry linked events and activities.The responsibility is to support the personal and social development of each player in line with Activate Learning’s attribute and learning philosophy. The impact of this will be each player role modelling being a student athlete and displaying a passion for lifelong learning.This is a permanent, part time role working 18.5 hours per week (0.50 FTE) based at our Banbury college. The expected start date for this role is the 1st August 2026.
