Deputising for the Directors of Digital when necessary. Responsible for the ongoing management of numerous National programmes (Connecting Care, DSPP and further) Responsible for nurturing the Digital Co-Ordinators role and personnel within uHB clinical boards Responsible for establishing the Digital Services Management (DSM) provision of D&HI, inclusive of a departmental PMO and processes to deliver grip to uHB digital workload. See job description for full details Participate in regular research and development, working with academia and 3rd parties to set the standard for industry partnership in Wales. Responsible for the delivery of digital programmes and initiatives that support organisational change and embed excellence within the health and social care system. Lead on the management of relationships with stakeholders to achieve a common purpose and realise mutual benefits across the wider health and social care system. Benchmark and measure service improvement as a result of delivering programmes of change to justify the investment. Instil best practice programme management methodologies ensuring it is embedded at all levels and reflected in all the team delivers and continually improve the quality of programme and project management within the organisation through learning from experience and from others.
